We hope you love your self-portrait purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking labels.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner's website.
